Legendary American singer All Jarreau dies at 76

Legendary American singer Al Jarreau has died, His representative said he died this morning after being hospitalized in Los Angeles, amid medical battles he had been facing which made him revealed he will soon be retiring after 50 years of non stop touring.



Al Jarreau, 76, was best known for his RnB and jazz prowess which won him seven Grammy's award. His son had revealed last week that his dad was singing one of his hit track "moonlighting", to one of his nurse in the hospital.

The ailment that caused his death have not been revealed, but there are reports suggesting  he died of cardiac arrest after battling with respiratory failure in recent years. A message published on his official website says he passed away while in the hospital.

Al Jarreau was one of the featured artists in U.S. hit track " we are the world ," the 76-year-old is certainly a bona fide legend as far as music is concern.
