Rwandan Government has ban medical staffs from using their mobile during working hours, Dr Diane Gashumba the Rwanda's minister of health, the move is to ensure better service from the medical staffs.
However the announcement has been met with mixed reactions by the country's medical staffs, with some citing the usefulness of mobile phones if utilized for the right course, while others are hoping the dicision does not backfire.
