Protesters refered to Trump as Hitler, Demands that Twitter ban The account of US Presidents
US President Donald Trump has been compared to Hitler, a German controversial figure of the 2nd world war by a group of twenty protesters, who stormed Twitter headquarters on Thursday evening in objection to the company's role in being a communication tool for Donald Trump. The protesters even when as far as setting up a projector which was conveying a message cum question asking the company if they would ban Hitler by the side of the company's building.
Protesters also chanted messages including "Uphold your policy, ban Donald Trump" and "We need a leader, not a creepy tweeter." The social media giants have not made a comments on the protest.
Twitter has previously stated that it will ban Trump, who now uses the handles @realDonaldTrump and @POTUS, if he violates the company's hate-speech rules. Thursday's protest was organized through a Facebook event that calls Twitter a "mouthpiece of fascism" for allowing Trump on the service.
