Suspected Boko haram suicide bomber shot dead in failed operation
An alleged Boko Haram suicide bomber, who attempted to gain entry into the university of Maiduguri via the Branch of Works, was on Sunday shot dead by troops positioned in the school.
The episode was affirmed to pressmen by the school's Public Relations Officer, Mr Tanko Ahmed.

As indicated by Mr Ahmed, the suicide bomber had as of now entered the university through the back gate before he was shot down by a vigilant soldier.
He said the Works Office where the occurrence happened, has been cordoned off by security operators to render the zone safe.
