Kemy Olunloyo, Walson Samuel released from prison
Controversial US trained journalist Kemi Olunloyo and a Port Harcourt based journalist, Walson Samuel have both been granted bail by by a magistrates' court in River State.
The two journalist and publishers, are both facing multiple charges for publishing defamatory and malicious story against the General Overseer of Salvation Ministry, Pastor David Ibiyeomie.

Chief Magistrate, Alatuwo Elkanah Fubara, in his ruling granted the two accused media practitioners bail in the sum of two hundred thousand Naira with credible sureties who reside in Port Harcourt. In addition to that he also struck out one of the charges on cyber crime against Kemi Omolulu Olonloyo for lack of jurisdiction to try the matter as The matter has been adjourned to May 4 for hearing.
