Ronaldo wins the FIFA best player of the year

Cristiano Ronaldo has capped of an amazing 2016, by winning the much coveted FIFA best player of the year, beating fierce rival Leo Messi and atletico's Antoine Griezmann, This comes weeks after he defeated both Messi and Griezmann to clinch the balon d'or award.

Ronaldo had an amazing 2016 for both club and country as he won the Uefa champions league and Uefa Euros for club and country respectively not including the Uefa super cup and world club cup.

His(Ronaldo) efforts has yielded individual awards too, as he has successfuly bagged the Uefa best player, the French football balon d'or, and now the FIFA best player of the year to capped of a terrific 2016.

An excited Ronaldo was thankful of his team mates both at club and international level, which without their amazing support he would not have been able to win those awards.
