Nigeria Senate Bukola Saraki has received a baptism of fire from Nigerian Twitter users, after he posted on his official twitter handle @bukolasaraki that he had last night spoken to President @MBuhari, and Buhari had scolded him for working late into the night. The joke was not taken lightly by Nigerians who have been kept in the dark over the health of their president, as some users made use of the comments section to blast the senate presidents for lieing while others asked him for the voice record of his chat with Buhari.

Buhari was supposed to have returned to the country on monday, but according to his letter addressed to the senate the President has extended his leave indefinitely as he seeks medical attention in the UK, this has started controversy in Nigeria as citizens have been demanding to know the health situation of their Presidents.

Nigerians who had been looking for a way to vent their frustration on being kept in the dark over the health of Buhari made Senate President Bukola Saraki their scapegoat.
